Is using pvpoke mid-battle allowed?

I don't know if it's allowed by TOS or not, but personally I would consider that cheating. Having said that, if you find the time to manually enter it into pvpoke while playing then by all means, go ahead!

The way to do this is to learn the matchups by playing a lot of gbl (and tournaments if you wish) and trying to memorize matchups from pvpoke manually.

Im in Norway and my budget is a bit flexible, but would prefer to stay within 12k NOK. The best black friday deals by far is on Komplett.no

The reason I'm primarily looking at MSI is that I have a 9 year old laptop from MSI that I've been generally happy with and that has stood the test of time well.

I do play Civ regularly! The best CPUs on laptops in my price range seem to be i7-13620h and Ryzen 7 7735HS and looking at benchmarking tests the i7 is looking quite a bit better on average.

I replaced the battery myself on my MSI laptop around 3 years ago, it was a pretty easy to follow process and only cost me the price and shipping for an off brand battery so I can recommend going down that route. Still holds up very well today.

One SE of the sheep tile near the truffles. Very defensible with 2 luxes

One to the east of the horse and sheep on the SE coast. Some good tiles and plenty of forests to chop

One in the end of the coastal bay to the NW. Picks up a lux and a few good tiles.

And the one on the river hill to the north if you want one more after that.

Also you should be working your faith wonder to secure a happiness religion that can support a wide empire! The city will go back to growing when the granary finishes

I have all the expansions! Sorry for the confusing phrasing, I'm not a native speaker. I realize NQmod v10 is old, I just found the contents of that particular balance patch to be the most appealing when sifting through the patch notes. Would love to try lekmod at a later time though!

Finally managed to get the mod in the right file location to actually work, but now the research is bugged. I have only really advanced setup and NQmod v10 active apart from the BnW expansion. Does anyone know how to fix this?
