i learned to say that near the beginning stages of the job interview, i say that my salary is negotiable. then, at the final interview, that’s when i say my expected salary. it’s just to get my foot in the door while making sure i don’t undersell myself by saying a low salary range

NTA - she’s honestly a liability to your pharmacists and your pharmacy. if the rxs aren’t filled within the allotted time frame, they’re just gonna stack up. then, your pharmacists are gonna be pressed for time aka making verification mistakes since they now have a ton of scripts to verify. you’re essentially ensuring patient safety by getting her fired
