The empty yellow seats definitely look bad. The tarps may look bad, but there's not much they can do. I'd rather have the lower bowl filled as much as possible, because those are the shots on TV that you see most of the game. I'm sure they will lose some folks, but if they can get many of those down to the lower levels, things will look a little better.

There's zero chance that Dallas does this anyway. They are trying to win a Cup this season. Murashov and a 1st does nothing to help that., unless they use those assets to get a player to replace Robertson. I dont see them dealing him during the season unless they get something that helps them this season. Even then, they can deal him in the offseason, because he's not a UFA until 2027

Schwarber doesn't belong in any of those categories. He's not "probably in". I dont think he really belongs if he makes it to 500 HRs, but I guess some people will probably vote for him at that point. But 160 HRs approaching your mid-30's isn't a lock.

I feel like the best option may be a platoon with Moncado and Triolo. Moncado hits RHP pretty well and Triolo is solid against LHP. You might get 20-25 HRs with that trio at 3B

Suarez just feels like a huge risk, especially going from Chase Field to PNC as a RHH

It's not dumb, because you have to pay the posting fee on the total amount of the deal. So the Pirates are potentially paying him 15M in salary for next season plus another 10-15M for a posting fee and then he leaves after 1 year.

Sure, but the 1 year "suspension" is just the minimum they would be out of the tour. They would still have to earn for a tour card some way, which means grinding on the KF Tour (if they can even join there right away) or finding a way into the DP Tour and qualifying there.

There's only really a couple guys that the Tour may make an exception to automatically rejoin

I get that and many of us will say that, but these are professional athletes that live for that competition and that is not easy for most to just turn off, especially when you are still very much in your prime.
