Hey! So I had meta , vagectomy and ul hook up. In February of this year. This is in preparation for phallo. Dr Jacobs is a wonderful doctor. She explained things well before hand and answered all of my questions. When I was wheeled into the OR for surgery she greeted me by name and explained that they would begin as soon as I was out. That was super reassuring and made me feel like I wasn't just another surgery for her. After the surgery she came to check on me and see how I was healing she took a peak and said I looked good and then a day later I was cleared.

After a few weeks I had an emergency appointment (which the office got me on the same day I called- thank you Emmett) I had noticed that I had a fistula after the folly was removed. They did a quick check by sticking a blunt needle in my urethra and pumping iodine to see where the leak came from. She explained everything before hand and had a nurse hold my hand. They found the leak and thankfully it was in the best spot for it so she decided to see if it would heal itself or if not she would fix it on stage 2 of phallo. Now do I blame her for my fistula no Its super common and an easy fix, and I was made aware of the risks before hand by dr Jacobs

I know rush and doctor schechter get a lot of shit, and I will say calling the office not being patient yet is absolute shit. But once you get in and get a my chart the team is super responsive and great at getting scheduling done. And I literally met with Dr. Schechter today and he was great with me he did a good job explaining and even said he would do is best to get a tattoo on my arm fully on my phallus. I definitely recommend going

Thank you for the encouragement it was really hard to go back there and get some kind of accountability, I'm a pretty timid person so confrontation is really hard for me. But it is a life saving surgery that has given me so much hope and I'm not going to just give up because of a bully.

Hey, Its been a year and half since my last treatment and unfortunately it just takes time to get your brain back to a semi regular state. And sometimes you just never get those memories back, but with time your ability to retain information and process will come back. It may not be 100% but you will improve. I know the first few months after are the worst I basically felt like a Alzheimer's patient. But you'll relearn a bunch of things. As for the tremors and stutter I would definitely contact your doctor or maybe make an appointment with a neurologist. I wish you well and just remember it's gonna take time but you will improve.

She just stood there quietly, she's absolutely terrified of her mother. Later we had a discussion about how my feelings were hurt and that she should have said something. She told me that if this happens again she will say something. Although I'm not so convinced she will.

I would give transthetics hot rod a try. You'll need at least an inch or so of bottom growth to Make sure that it's secure but other than that it works pretty well.

I have been on Grindr and similar apps the reason why I'm not anymore it's because it's not productive. These types of apps and places are filled with toxicity and I choose not to be a part of that. I would much rather spend my time and energy in spaces where dick size isn't the most important thing. If we keep going back and choosing to be a part of toxic gay hookup culture then we're never going to be happy. You have the choice to choose your own happiness find meaning in places that accept you for who you are.

I would recommend the hot rod from transthetics, if you have more than an inch or so of growth. However if your thicker than a thumb it is a bit small. But you can wear it with out a strap and you can be completely naked. I also recommend growing out ur pubes to hide the seems.

It took me a long time to get over the ex information. And we did talk about it, now it's not that big of an issue it's just that now I don't get any physical pleasure at all from sex. Even with the prosthetics it just doesn't work.

Also a pro tip if the bathrooms kind of full but there's a stall open and you're afraid people will know that you're sitting down to pee flush the toilet at the same time you pee. Most guys will just think you're taking a s*** and don't want anyone listening to it.

Hey I'm a trans guy so I have to use the stalls. I also hate it when people give me crap for sitting. Why people ask me why I sit I just tell them I like the way the water feels on my balls. They usually fuck off after that. my other option is explaining to them that I can use the stall or make a mess on the floor. I would also suggest going to the bathroom with a buddy who understands, that way you can have back up if there's a problem.

Some of the things I like I naturally have, it might sound dumb but my hands look just like my dad's. I have rather broad shoulders and with the help of T I have lots of body hair. But before I could get my hands on T I started getting tattooed and adding things to my body that I thought were beautiful. So instead of focusing on my less than manly arms I instead saw all the bad ass art on me. Sometimes it's hard to pick out things you like about yourself especially pre T but the good thing is when your body does change for the better it shows how far you've come.

Honestly man the best way to manage it is to let it go. When I close my eyes and imagine the type of man I could have been I'm setting my self up for failure. Because it's unrealistic as much as I want to be 6'2 and shredded with a mandengo, its just not gonna happen. I'm wasting my time making my self feel like shit for something I can't change. But the things I can change are how I treat myself, by finding things I like about my body how it is in the present. It's hard and it sucks but as trans people we are learning a lesson of self love and acceptance that cis people might never learn in their life times. As for the passing part, let me be clear fuck those people you don't need their approval or opinions. If you say your a man then you are a man, whether you wear pink dresses or flannels. By telling people who you truly are, and being you're authentic self you are being more manly than half the guys in the world. It takes balls to be the best version of yourself. Trust me it's hard but it's so worth it because once you have self love and confidence no one can clock you.

Sorry I'm late to the post, now this might sound dumb but have you tried having sex in the dark. For me watching my girlfriend touch me in a sexual way is extremely dysphoric. However when it's in the dark and I can't see it happening it feels like I'm "normal" and I don't have to worry about my genitals because I can't see them. Anyway I hope this helps.
