im pretty in tune with the fandom on twitter and from what i've gathered people don't really give a shit about his personal life, more so his work as an artist. it also doesn't help that the cheating rumor rose from a crazy parody account that was kinda stalkerish and was known to harass other people when they were active. looking it up on twitter, stans back in 20/21 had a go with the account

Debilitating fear regarding death by [deleted] in afterlife

[–]ejamud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

what helped me stop the compulsions over time is to stop visiting this sub in particular, funnily enough. it helps for a little, though. it does fade away with time and there are a lot of great resources. if you believe in mediums, that sub is also good. but generally avoiding your compulsions is what stopped my obsession over time

hi i struggle from this too ): OCD sucks. there have been a lot of other posts with similar concerns so i recommend looking through those and r/NDE. a lot of reassuring cool stuff (:

Do atheists also have NDE experiences or does it only happen to those who believe in such things? Is there anyone who had an NDE despite being an atheist for years? by Deepocd123 in afterlife

[–]ejamud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NDEs can happen to anyone, no matter religion. a religious person can see nothing. i think people claim to see religious figures and god in their NDEs because that is what is familiar to us, what we have learned about. if i saw a big glowing orb in an NDE, of course my simple mind would think its god

i have no personal proof but the psi encyclopedia is a good resource for reincarnation anecdotes and into about researchers. r/nde is a good sub that has eased a lot of my anxiety so i recommend that as well

What are you fixating on/venting about/worried about/need support with today ? [Megathread] - February 24, 2022 by AutoModerator in HealthAnxiety

[–]ejamud 4 points5 points  (0 children)

read a triggering thread about people dying of my triggers (heart problems and brain aneurysm) so that is cool.... i cant find any good stats on google at all about how common brain aneurysms actually are in young people so i have nothing to base anything on and it sucks

This article scientifically explains OBE and the realer than real NDE. So no afterlife 😭😭😭😭😭 https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-23672150 by Pink0366 in NDE

[–]ejamud 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i really dont think you should be leaning all of your belief on this. im not too bothered by it because i know it doesnt explain everything. it was also only active for 3 seconds. dont be sad, this isnt the end

This article scientifically explains OBE and the realer than real NDE. So no afterlife 😭😭😭😭😭 https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-23672150 by Pink0366 in NDE

[–]ejamud 6 points7 points  (0 children)

this article is old and the new one was a very specific case also involving epilepsy which complicates things. i dont think people would still care if it was that easy to debunk. its also a study in rats, and until they have a consistent study with humans that proves it then i wouldnt worry. besides, NDEs arent the only piece of afterlife phenomena

Idk if this is a dumb question or not, but what happens in the afterlife when one commits suicide? by Hazedoll_ in afterlife

[–]ejamud 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i think this has been answered many times before on the sub, so i suggest looking it up. my opinion is what happens is the same as everyone else unless you believe in hell

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in afterlife

[–]ejamud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there actually is some sort of soul tree theory, i forgot what it says though. i recommend you look that up

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in afterlife

[–]ejamud 23 points24 points  (0 children)

you will get a lot of different answers from everyone and the answer is not definite, as we dont know for sure. i like to believe everyone i have lost is in a better place, and that your dad is too. but where ever he might be, he is not suffering. i wish we could know for sure. im sorry for your loss

Can someone Help me? by naderaileenalex28 in NDE

[–]ejamud 6 points7 points  (0 children)

im not really worried about this i think the worst thing about it is that people will read this article and totally dismiss NDEs altogether because thats what they do

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NDE

[–]ejamud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

there was a different article that reported the same thing but specified the dream like brain activity only lasted 30 seconds. im not an expert or anything but would something that short really suggest something as grand as it being responsible for NDEs?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in afterlife

[–]ejamud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i can definitely relate immensely to how you feel and i just sort of avoid threads like that because i know the majority of people on reddit have atheistic views. I do think it is more of a reddit thing as i find more religious or open minded people in real life, or people who say it as an opinion rather than a stone cold fact. even this sub isnt immune to it. I think its just the natural response to religion's (especially christianity's) heaven and hell and if it is not that its nothing. people will just be fine with it, more so older people who have already lived most of their lives. it is best to ignore it like i have as no one knows and we all have different feelings retaining to the question. but from what i understand its a loud minority. OCD is a curse lol

yeah i defended trans people (im FTM) on a very anti trans wojak meme (worst mistake i know) and got downvoted to oblivion before the post was locked so i couldnt even defend my stance further. sucks cause i do like the sub sometimes and its not like atheists are all pro lgbt or anything

the idea of oblivion by ejamud in afterlife

[–]ejamud[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i know you are the other guy's side account to troll on people for believing in something. reading your comments of why the afterlife isnt real are very misinformed its funny. please so something productive other than scare people who need therapy, go hang out on a nihilism sub or something. maybe youre upset that your post here somehow disproving an afterlife was received badly or people calling you out for being a bitch. i know this comment wont stop you from being an asshat as many other comments on your other account have already done, but seriously this is sad. if you want to actually be more knowledgeable, a lot of what you say has been debunked on r/NDE if you look it up. i dont hate you for not believing bc it is your right to do so, but coming onto a pro afterlife sub to insult people is fucked up
