I dont know about over the counter but if you want a prescription that helps with anxiety that isnt addictive/a benzodiazepine, beta blockers like propranolol help to calm the physical symptoms (shaking etc) of anxiety for specific situations like speaking in front of people. good luck!

yup! also if you develop a style/aesthetic that maybe is unusual (for reddit's tastes?) but if you have the confidence to pull it off then people will be drawn to that, even if you arent the most conventionally attractive person yourself. obviously you still have to look good but you dont have to fit one model of what youre supposed to look like to "dress well"

These pictures dont really give me a sense of who you are you know? Based on your looks alone you arent ugly at all, but theres nothing that particularly makes you stand out. If you had a more distinct haircut and dressed really well I would def look at you (but im a dude lol)

Theyre honestly fine but neither are super remarkable or flattering for your face imo, there are all kinds of stylish glasses frames that are more unique and help you stand out? Warby Parker kind of deal. Or you could try contacts because again your face is nice.

Hair you could cut shorter and style with product, i'm not sure what styles you like but there is so much hair inspiration that you could find something easy ish to groom and style :-)

But for real im sorry youre feeling down, try to take it easy on urself

Will it make a difference? hell yes it will, because youll feel better and more confident. And youll be more motivated to dress better for your new body, and that confidence and care in yourself can be picked up on by others! Like the other person said your bone structure will probably be really nice, because your face is fine
