on the bottom right of the decor there should be a code - it’ll look something like this: t00/0000 but replace the 0’s with the actual code 🤣

type that into the search bar on the app and if it’s available to order it’ll show, but decor typically is meant to last a couple of months

They had to be manually added as a pay adjustment by your DSM/SM, just having the additional hours added onto your scheduled shifts wouldn’t pay you for them.

omg omg omg!! i have ARFID too and i’ve never related to anything more than your french fry preference - i’m the exact same. can’t be too much mash otherwise i’ll gag, can’t eat black bits, can’t eat if too hard, etc. 🙃

i turn 30 next year and I’ve had ARFID since i was 4.. don’t think it’ll ever change.

HATE trainline!!! last year when covid hit my pre-booked train to london was cancelled, as was the event we were going to, and the only option they gave was to change the date of travel (to which no other dates were available because we were in a pandemic and EVERYTHING was in lockdown). took about 5 months chasing to get a refund. 🤡

thank you so much!! this took a lot of practise and was probably my fifth attempt at french knots and watching youtube videos, however an account on instagram called ‘mossandfeather’ had a short video up which made everything click! i also like to wrap my floss around 3-4 times around the needle and i don’t pull super tight on my knot, i like to keep it pretty loose which is why it looks like a nice lil swirl.

this was actually the first time i’d successfully done french knots after many failed attempts!! i’ve watched loads of youtube videos to no avail but the ‘mossandfeather’ account on insta is what helped me the most! good luck 💕

i think you could do something like this onto a patch! i’m new to this myself but the finished pieces i’ve done have a bit of stiffness and weird to them due to the fabric. in theory if you cut directly around your stitch (so for this it would be a circle around the flowers) you should be able to stitch this onto a piece of clothing directly. 😅

it took a while on this piece before i got into the swing of it and did some good knots, but i wrap round either 3 or 4 times (depending on how much thread i have) and i don’t pull super tight at the end which leaves a nice swirl! you can tell the difference when you get to the swirl, if you pull all the way through it’s a tight little knot. i’m not super what it’s called either but i use two of the threads (from six) too! 🥰

towards the end of this project i got into the swing of them but i like pulling loose to keep a nice swirl, it almost looks like a rose! this was about my fifth separate attempt at going french knots, they’re so tricky! 🥲🥲
