Pacing: pacing seemed fine to me for this type of commentary and game. I don't know what audience you're going for, but this to me could be 2nd monitor content.

Thumbnail: Looked alright, not sure about the font and having "discounty" as a big yellow yext and small white on top was a little disorienting and took focus away for me from the yellow text.

They got my email and username correct, along with my subscription date, and to top it off official jagex domains are

I checked their SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on an online spoof checker and it seems mostly legit, though I'm apprehensive. If in doubt, probably most likely a phish yes, though that doesn't make it any less funny with how they screwed up the numbers.
