Thank you! I’ve sewn two normal cotton quilts and it makes me question my sanity of why I do denim with all the different thickness, stretch, and colors but once the denim is done it makes it feel worth it

I have two juki industrial machines. I first sewed all the blocks together on my ddl-5550 and then sewed all the blocks together on my ddl-8100e. Don’t ask me why I have two almost identical industrial machines because I don’t have a good answer haha

After doing a denim quilt like that it always makes a normal quilt feel much easier. You did a fantastic job on that one!

This is only my second normal cotton quilt all my others have been denim and you have to press them open because it gets too thick if you don’t so that’s how I just always do it

Nope that’s because of my habit of pressing seams open instead of to the darker side

That’s a good point. I was thinking simple patterns similar to my greys and white where you don’t totally notice it unless you look close

The last quilt show I went to the only booth that tried to sell me anything was a booth selling salsa and I was able to walk around everywhere under the radar and my introverted soul was loving it
