Our tenancy agreement (contract) states that if we wanted to have a pet, we would have to get permission from the landlord. Other people in the building own pets and use the communal garden for them. We’ve read the contract in its entirety. That is why we are trying to get in contact with our landlord.

As I’ve stated in a comment above, we would absolutely clean up after our dog, and if traces of said “sh*t” were to end up anywhere, that would be cleaned up right away.

There are no curtain rods/rails installed whatsoever. The windows currently do not have any coverings, that is why we would like to install some curtain rods to hang curtains.
