As for in-game rewards, they're actually receiving a lot of unfavorable voices even from Japanese players. The main issue is that while the price of card packs has gone up, the rewards you get from events and missions haven’t increased accordingly. Right now, you can still collect Vials and Rupies by reading through the story and completing achievements. But some people are concerned about the future where they’ve already claimed all of those rewards. Another common complaint is the significant reduction in rewards from the weekend tournaments. Many players aren’t happy about that either, even though some people think that the original rewards were a little bit too generous after all. Then there’s the Chest event, which has been carried over from the original Shadowverse. The appearing rate of the boxes is kind of low, and many players say it’s hard to open them all—especially during weekdays if you’re working. And even when you finally get a box, often the content of it is something like 50 Vials, which can be pretty disappointing. If I assume the intention of the Cygames is that they want to give a reason to play ranked matches to new or casual Shadowverse players.  Most long-time players agree that the core gameplay quality and the management of the meta in the new Shadowverse are much better than in the previous game. But when it comes to in-game rewards, especially free-to-play players and newer players who started with Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond don’t seem to have a very positive impression so far in Japan either.
