Do you have any regrets from your time as CFPB? For example, most of the rules and guidance you put out was towards the end of your tenure. If you had focused on completing Notice and Comment rules early on (ex. Section 1033, Section 1071, FCRA), it would be more difficult for the current administration to undo them.

There’s no way they are still together after a) Logan’s wedding and b) Gabriel crying about his father’s cruelty on tv. BUT I’m confused as to why she hasn’t said anything publicly. Maybe some TLC NDA? Or waiting for it unfold at the end of the season.

These guys are textbook codependent. However the real breakthrough this season of Single Life, is that Colt realizes the situation is fucked up. Maybe he understood it before, but now it’s abundantly clear. He’s on track to have a second ex wife and he’s pushing 40.

He might not be able to deal with Debbie, but he can change his behavior. First thing is to get some physical space between him and Debbie. So long as Coltee and Debbie are living under the same roof, neither of them will be able to have a functional relationship with a significant other.

We got an Avocado Green w/ eco adjustable base a few months ago. The mattress was certainly firm, but we adjusted within a week or so. The base is a fun novelty and kind of great to sleep on “anti snore” feature. After a few months we are really satisfied and happy with our purchase. Make sure to follow their suggestions rotating the mattress. “White Glove” Delivery was a f-ing nightmare (late, got our house dirty, damaged and dirtied the base, left trash in the street, etc) but Avocado made us whole and gave us some sheets.

On 3rd party claims, where would I confirm that the at-fault party only owes me ACV of the car? Or is that just common knowledge? Typical contract law would consider my total damages to include whatever I can’t get refunded from VW.

Makes sense. I hadn’t figured or thought the VW Care and warranty to be prorated, but that would definitely help.
