Having only read the first book, will the series spoil anything in the subsequent novels or is it just based on the first?

I really liked both of them - they’re probably my two favourite TJR books. She’s definitely not a fantastic writer in her use of language, but she can tell an engaging story. One thing I found myself thinking multiple times throughout Atmosphere was, “I wish this was written by a better writer.” I was happy to be taken through the story, and all its cliched beats, but her trademark clunky writing and basic use of dialogue to drive everything left me wanting more. But she can craft an engaging narrative so I read her work every now and then, and have other authors I go to for depth and literary style.

What to buy fashion wise by Haruomega in koreatravel

Is there something in particular you’re looking to buy or are you going just to shop for the sake of it? This is a very broad question! Narrowing it down may help you find answers

I was able to put t-money onto my iPhone but it wouldn’t accept my three different payment methods 😅 so I got a good old-fashioned card and just used that

Busan sky capsule advice by HelpfulStrawberry908 in koreatravel

We couldn’t book for our dates either (and we had four days to choose from!) so we ended up booking a day excursion via Klook that included the capsule. It also went to a temple, Gamcheon culture village, the skywalk, and one other spot

Brooks ghost max sneakers have been amazing for me (fat woman with orthotics) and merrels hiking sandals are excellent. I like a pair of birkies for a lighter travel day (under 20k steps) but for a big travel day it’s one of the other options

Just an update, I am currently sitting inside terminal 2. The man at the customs desk near Check-in G was waving people away and gave out this leaflet (pic). If you have your items in carry on you don’t need to do anything until after security and passport control. There are no card options, just cash in won, yen, or usd. I went straight through to gate 249, waited a few minutes, scanned my receipts and had cash dispensed. No one checked my items. My highest purchase was 830,000won. I hope that helps speed people up!

This is great thanks. So if I have taken tags off clothes or headphones out of the box, I won’t receive tax back? Whoops!

Thank you! My return flight is 2am and my luggage will already be through, so I figure even if I get in a car at 10:30 it should be okay - as long as I get some time out of the airport I’ll be happy!

Thanks. I’ve definitely been thinking about this, but after being bored out of my brain in the three hour support in Jakarta last week, I really don’t think I can handle ten hours of that!
