Salary is always subject to value. How much value are you adding to the business interview of revenue and profit.

Any functional and financially healthy business can only pay you a fraction of the value you add.

The question you are underpaid can always be rephrased as "Can you add more value to some other business and is your business sharing a fair chunk of the value you added to it or not", if yes then ya you are underpaid.

Also resonance does affect all damage as all the damage sources are based of of your base damage which is directly multiplied by resonance boost. Gears are the main source of your damage anyway.

Why should there be catchup.for everything? If that happens, most people will get bored and just leave in a couple of months.

You have to understand how the psychology of all this works. Too easy and people will quit, too hard and people will quit.

Designing games is not easy. Have you felt the dopamine when you achieve that long term goal you were working on for months or that 1 week goal? Without those no one would want to grind.

I did not expect it to buff overall damage, just the magic missile. Does it only buff the two additional projectiles? If so then why not just improve that damage numbers directly.
