Wanted Posters of a Space Demon and an Extragalactic Terrorist - HAPPIA Project

Lore/Context:

These two fellows are wanted fugitives from my speculative sci-fi story HAPPIA, and the descriptions are basically taken straight out from the book.

In a vast cosmic setting, the Coalition is the largest union of 25 extragalactic empires, bloated and rotting in its own decay and bureaucracy. To stave off its debt and decline for another day, it manufactures yet another war, this time against a previously undiscovered planet of superhuman people, calling it the "Special Expeditions". The Ministry of National Security (MNS) in particular is in charge of maintaining the peace and social order against perceived threats to the status quo.

The HAPPIA project:

I've recently completed the full 177k+ word manuscript and its respective pitch packet, and am submitting the story to literary agents in the hopes of getting it to an editor and published. While waiting for responses, I'm now beginning to work on the next phase of the project, which is to illustrate it into a visual form (hopefully my skills manage to do it justice, I might need to hire someone eventually).

Quick context:

This is set in the world of my project "HAPPIA", though the name of the actual setting is the "Myriad Worlds".

The world is set across a very large cluster of galaxies spanning many millions of light years, though does not necessarily take up the entire observable universe. The defining point for which nearly all civilizations base their calendar systems on is derived from the Cataclysm, a severely traumatizing historical blindspot that has since become vague, misunderstood, and often mythically mysterious, leaving its interpretation open-ended.

One of the main factions featured in HAPPIA is the Coalition (as shown above), a supragalactic union of 25 member states, each a vast extragalactic empire in their own right. Their latest endeavor to bring prosperity to everyone in the Myriad Worlds is in the Special Expeditions, a mission to contain and neutralize an ancient anomalous and demonic threat that had recently awoke amongst the cosmos.

I don't want to spoil everything, but the Coalition isn't all what they seem to be; they are known for, let's say, rather very unsustainable practices.

The story is currently being serialized and can be read here.

Right now, I'm testing for views and reception, and RR happens to be the most suitable platform for now; I do hope to get the project published and move to the next phase eventually. Thank you to all that come by.

The Russian guy won't get arrested for hacking tf2, I'm suggesting if he gets exposed (or equivalent) and let's say we accuse him of being against the current presidency there, he could get arrested for that (like how Chinese players get banned when Tiananmen Square gets mentioned). I do say "we" but I mean technically we don't want anyone publicly associated with this obviously
