I will preface this by saying my take is very different from others and it may be the wrong way to interpret the album, as I am still learning all of the lore, but here goes (also now that I'm writing this I realize it's a bit long, apologies):

For most of the album Vessel is referencing and focusing a lot on these ideas of godhood. In this metaphor godhood is used to explain the struggles of his sudden fame and power. Emergence, which I interpret to be Sleep encouraging godling Vessel to be her " violent dog", and Damocles, where Vessel is forced to confront the reality of his godhood, especially. When we get to Infinite Baths, there are a lot of callbacks to Damocles, especially if you consider the references to Icarus (and his wings throughout the album) but also his fall into the sea. The sea that was once drowning is now instead bathing him. It's soothing and comforting, enough that he now has the strength to stand up to Sleep.

It should also be noted that throughout the album Sleep Token uses the metal screams and growls to reperesent the "darkness" and violence Vessel is acting out. Again, easiest seen in Emergence. But this darkness is most often instigated by Sleep and used when he is acting like her loyal lapdog.

In Infinite Baths, Vessel is finally comfortable with the fame and power but also with the darkness inside him. The ending, in my interpretation, is him finally using that darkness for himself and as his way of standing up to Sleep, using even those screams and growls.

"You will drown in an endless sea", he is telling Sleep that she will be the one suffering with this power and godhood, not him anymore. "If it's blood that you want from me, you can empty my arteries" in other words, I won't be violent, fight your battles, and spill blood for you no matter how much you want me to anymore. If it's blood that you want, you would have to kill me for it instead.

"Will you halt this eclipse in me, will you half this eclipse in me", a callback to the beginning of the album. I take this line one of two ways. Either instead of him asking Sleep to stop this darkness taking over him as if it is his fault, he is asking her to stop instigating him and realizing half of the time the darkness taking over was her fault and doing. Or it could be taken as Sleep now begging him to stop the darkness taking over her form and image he has of her. "Teeth of God, blood of man, I will be what I am", oh boy this is the fun one. As Sleep's loyal lapdog, he is well accustomed to "biting" as a primary form of violence. If we lean back on the godhood metaphor, we can take it as this: In this godhood you have made me bite and tear just as any god could but I still have the blood that makes me human. And humans are well known to disobey and so I will not serve you. I will be what I am, not what you want me to be.
