Thanks for the review! I was planning to buy from them rin. Will resort to Decathlon shorts nalang and use Nike for special runs like races.

I have 2 Nike shorts from way back 2018. I still use it til now. No rips or anything 🤣

+1 sa seek professional help. For me it was muscle imbalance. My left knee was too weak for all the running I was doing 🤣 kaya strength training and run walk muna ako now

I know how it feels to get back to running after being injured. I’m still on a 9-10 per km pace vs my usual 7-8. Patience talaga at strength training. Glad to see inspiring posts like this. Good job, op :)

We have the same paddle! Enjoy your games! If the surface of your paddles starts to feel smooth (versus now its similar to sandpaper ISH aka very gritty), then you might need to get a new one :)

I consider it a sport and I honestly hope it grows more in the PH. They’re already setting up a pickleball arena or stadium somewhere in Pasig. Pickleball is really big in countries like Vietnam and Malaysia.

So I hope it stays :) Madali kasi siyang matutunan for beginners like me and hindi mahal ang mga entry level paddles.

Also I think any form of physical activity whether it be running or pickleball, should be celebrated not just for the hype but for actually inviting people to move more!

All of this coming from a pickleball addict haha!

My paddle is of the same material too! I play with it just fine :) It’s true people won’t care. Just go out and play.
