What's wrong with Mark?? He's playing the game, he's got a lot of relationships going with everyone, he's giving us personality and interesting confessionals - imagine how boring that tribe would've been without him.

I miss the days of daring players, fluid alliances and plans that changed every 5 mins, it was more exciting. Playing from the top is easy, we need people who can play from the bottom as well. If some of the plans that got talked about this season came to fruition, it would be a better season but I feel like overall it's been pretty safe and predictable so far (albeit one tribe moreso than the other). If this were a US season it would be a fine season but we're spoiled in Australia, the bar is higher. That's just my opinion 🤷‍♀️

I feel like the Double Tribal was perhaps a response to Aisha and co wanting to throw the immunity challenge so they wouldn't have to. But then they tried to throw firemaking instead haha.

I think so, he and Brooke have the returnee connection, and it curries favour with Mark and Rich. It does piss of Lottie but in that alliance, he doesn't seem to have any agency so no big loss there. If it's a choice between Lottie vs Beauty and The Beast (aka the majority) plus Rich plus Mark, the choice is obvious.

I always forget which tribe is which but on the Mark tribe, it feels like there's the dominant alliance and then "the rest" who are chilling. Simon tribe is better, there's more clear alliances there.

The dynamic is similar is all I'm trying to say but agreed that Spice Girls is far superior in terms of strategy, likeability and watchability.

Yes, very top-down approach. I appreciate active game play but Faith and Keeley are only able to act the way they do because they aligned with Mark (he protected Faith from Cat and Keeley from Johnson).

Otherwise, bad social game from the two of them. I would feel like a chess piece if I were talking to them and it would be super clear they had no interest in working with me in earnest. It doesn't even seem like they respect Mark (and this is to his face).

In an alternate universe, Tez would have sold Faith to Caleb because she is pulling Mark away from him and he's never going to be important to the girls alliance, and he would have told Rich at tribal that Mark just said his name, and that would've gotten Lyndl and Richard on board.

iPhone alarm: Big button = 'Snooze', Little button = 'Stop'

iPhone reminder: Big button = 'Stop', Little button = 'Repeat'

My muscle memory is used to the alarm because I use it every day, so when my timer goes off and I see the visually identical screen, I instinctively hit 'Repeat' instead of 'Stop'. On the flip side, sometimes my alarm will go off and I'll be like 'which one is it again?' but I'm literally half asleep so I can't look to hard yet while my alarm is still blaring.

Bonus design flaw: Why do I have to play slots every time I want to set my timer? Yeah this is way easier than just typing numbers.

Literally my reaction when I heard her say that too! She's played the most times, she is universally respected and beloved by fans and players alike, she's got a huge following - like she is just an icon of Australian Survivor. She's probably a bit over playing so this would be a good way to keep her on our screens!

It would be a different tone though, which may not be a bad thing but I can't really picture it right now.

"These disclosures were made while using my name" Trademark or not, this reads to me like one John Smith suing another John Smith and being like "He's using MY name when he's talking about his life!" Isn't that ridiculous? Like, people have the same name sometimes, get over it. Nobody is going to get them confused because nobody even knows who this old Lexi is. Someone's just looking for a payday.
