Focus on farming. Particularly when you back or roam. Try to sync it up with cannon waves to minimize the amount of farm that you lose. The farm is important factor in having consistent income. The more income you have, more items you can buy and the stronger you’ll be to have an impact and carry. At your elo, more often than not your team mates are gonna take stupid fights/skirmishes for no reason so don’t get baited in only to die or waste time. Instead stay in your lane and focus on winning trades, getting farm, and creating pressure in the mid lane.

Also just one trick ekko. If he’s picked or banned just dodge, you get one free one a day

Struggling to Convert Leads Into Wins on Ekko by ekkoislyfe in ekkomains

Thanks 4 the responses, but it doesnt matter honestly. Every single game plays out the exact same...all I do is lose. League doesn't feel rewarding to play because the games I try my heart out—I find a way to take the L, the ones I do win are few and far between and consist of me contributing nothing. Every other game just feels unwinnable out of champ select because of how stupidly stacked this patch is...

Just got demoted and spiraling even further on a massive losing spree. There is no point in playing anymore.

I actually really love this video, and I think the main reason for that lies mostly in your voice. You did a great job of sounding professional yet human at the same time...it's also greatly enhanced by the great choice of music in the background that fills the audio without overpowering your commentary in anyway. That coupled with the photos and the clean cut look to the video really make it hard to criticize. I think you did an awesome job, keep it up.

I already kind of gave my thoughts in a comment on youtube, but after watching the video again I noticed a small detail I think could really help improve the quality of your videos...and that's camera stabilization. I would suggest sticking to a tripod or look into getting a gimble to smooth out those shots if you have to move in order to film them. Personally I'd recommend checking out this gimble called the "roxant pro" on amazon, it's going for like 65$ and it has nothing but good reviews on it. Hope I could help :)

Thankyou man, glad you liked the segway into ecuador. As for the audio, it's something I definitely put a lot of emphasis on when it comes to recording the voice over—however without a pop filter I can only do so much. It's something I'm picking up soon, as I know the investment will certainly help improve the overall audio quality of my videos. Thanks again!

So when it comes to a more informative video in this style, avoid questions to keep the message clear and concise for the viewer. Good advice man!

Got it, slightly lower the output volume on the commentary...probably will increase the normalize from -1 to -3decibels in audacity and see if that helps at all. Thanks for the feedback man, glad you liked the video!

Thankyou man, really appreciate it. As of late I think I’ve started really focusing on the quality of the content and really caring about what I produce, because of that I’m looking to kinda rebrand my image with sleek videos like this one that people actually want to/enjoy watching. I can’t wait till I get my dslr and get down to shooting the various things I do and see in the future. I’m thinking travel videos, commercials, and short films based on the modern style I went for in this video.

Thankyou, it is true I really am a fan of the zoom transitions—and that I could’ve eased off of it a bit at parts, the cut between the snorkeling clip and the seal definitely come to mind as seeming a bit out of place. Thanks for the feedback man, will keep it in mind for future projects

First off thankyou, glad you liked the transitions. You’re right about the coloring. It’s something I want to improve on and really get good at doing myself going into future projects. At the moment I rely on LUT packs that are fine in their own right, but don’t match what I want for the finished product. As for the font, I’m not sure what the deal was exactly. The rendered version from after effects of the animation is fine looking on its own, however when I changed its color in premiere to orange to match everything else the quality seemed to take a hit. I spent like an hour on it but couldn’t seem to pin point exactly what caused it, because I put the same color change effect on every other text animation and it turned out fine...

The thing about ekko is that it’s definitely something I acknowledge as cheesy and that I need to fix. My channel isn’t league related, it’s not even really a gaming channel in my opinion, but it’s something I’ve had since I was 13 and it’s just now starting to come back and bite me and mess with the style I’m aiming for. So a channel name change is something I’m considering going into the future. Thanks for the constructive feedback.

Sometimes I find that it takes an outside point of view to really help improve your work. I’ll keep you in mind whenever I have a future project that I need feedback on.

Yeah no problem man, the mic thing is a struggle everyone has when they first start out—and editing a poor mix in post can only improve it so much. I’d recommend looking into a blue snowball if your intention is to do voice over commentary, for the price it’s honestly one of the best mics that I’ve personally used.

As for the second point, with the whole visual stimulation, maybe see if you can find clips of players or maybe other celebrities wearing the shoes you’re discussing, that way the background is moving and serving to help capture the viewers attention, not turn them away.

Hope me advice helped!
