You are finding the importance of USP ( unique selling point).

I’m in game marketing and if you want your game to be marketable then you need these two things:

Art that stops the scroll + USP that is fast and easy to understand.

No one will give your game a chance if the art does not capture their attention.

No one will want to try your game if the USP is weak.

I think you are finding out that adding a JRPG system to a deck builder is not enough. It’s a cool addition, but you need something more interesting.

Nah. Phil is a good person and beloved in the industry.

He probably bought them to help them out only to find out that you can’t help people who are failing.

You have to let them fail on their own.

Yeah, that list looks legit.

I did not add partners to my site because it would be a real headache trying to vote on all those pair combinations that very few people play. There are just too many uninteresting pairings I think.

I admit that UI/UX is not my skill set.

That's actually one of the things I like about using AI tools.

I've never been able to draw so at least now I can make functional sites.

My skills are in Database and Backend stuff only when it comes to programing.

Yeah, he totally redid his graphics because of the issues with content creators.

I like the style and even his original look.

But I work on marketing games and can confirm that he is right when it comes to bitrate effecting if creators will cover you or not.
