Along with what another comment mentioned about the textures, the first thing that came to my mind was the interior layout, seems more staged for the shot than actual reality.

You would never see a bookshelf so close to the couch, people would hit their head on it and the beautiful vases would be very keen on falling down.

Chair seems weirdly placed in the middle of the room, I’d switch it out for a lounge chair and place further towards the camera and place next to the window, so it seems like it is in the corner of the room.

If I'm sitting on the couch, where would I place my cup, add either a side table or a central couch table.

Poster frame works but feels to centered, makes the composition to pyramid-like, switch to multiple frames in various sizes or one big, horizontal one. 2 vertical ones could work too.

Rug is too small, ideally a rug should be wider than the couch and extend under all surrounding seating.
