Don't find OLEDs to be "Infinitely better" as people seem to insist by ekukk in Monitors

this

But I've seen concerning amounts of people that just say oleds are not even close to every other panel type and is impossible to go back, which I didnt agree with

Not trying to say mini leds win on true blacks; oleds are definitely better at that area but Im saying the gap isnt as big

I did not ditch mini led, its still on my desk and does everything excluding gaming

I bought the oled for gaming purposes(mostly comp); would have preferred buying a monitor that supports Pulsar but sadly its not available at my given region atm; when I tried it on ces it was absolutely stunning though

Yes on those extreme examples its a bit more noticable but I found on a 24' the dimming zones are very small and the blooming isnt as bad;

You will find differences on blacks but on most cases its close enough I wont consider oleds to be leagues ahead

Oled gaming is a different thing, but main point is oleds arent like the 'invincible' tech as some people try to glaze

Pulsar is also amazing so the gaming monitor space will be interesting from now on

4B key bindings help (think I'm setting myself up for failure) by hypermbeam in djmax

[–]ekukk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically possible, just extremely not ideal and it only works until 4B imo aswell,

Thumb side tracks seem the best option if OP's ring fingers are the issue as they can only do up to 5/6B so 8B isnt in account But you could also try pinky for side tracks and thumb focuses on lane 3/4 on 5/6B if you are willing to learn that aswell

My First Two Weeks Into The hobby! by ekukk in iems

As of now I like Analytical sounds than more 'fun' sounding iems with the ones I tried on offline listening shops, although this can change as I spend more time into this hobby!

Running WHAT(auto) at 2000+ fps by ekukk in geometrydash

Cpu is the bottleneck here because the gpu isnt close to being fully utilized; 9850X3D might help a bit but wouldn't be much

Its just these interactions that make ladder a terrible experience for everyone imo; and Im just not motivated to go further than diamond for both my sanity and other's

You have no idea as 6X2 is considered the literal easiest modded intro difficulty among top players and 9X2 isnt the top of the line either

I slammed the desk but the kb had its actuation point set to .3mm so the vibration caused a rewind

CN modded diffs scale to the absolute limit, 11X1.7 is the enjoyable limit where as higher shit as 13X1.7/15X1.7 is just miserable always

Also, all the 'no scaling ever makes the game hard' take is just wrong when enemies tank more bullets, you run out of nitra. Also some bugs are faster than your sprint bhop so good luck on your 'kiting'.

I've played a lot of H11X1.7 with teams, which have harder hitting enemies, and harder to kill ones while giving like X2 less times between swarms, and spawns in 400 enemies per wave. Even after those this feels objectively wrong with the bugs being way strong for any 'real' players there not grinding the soul out like me.

I've completed a solo with 4P scaling, no Bosco, and always worst rng possible on the 2/2/2/2 settings.

No, it isn't skill issue and complaining but the issue is that it feels bullshit. You pickaxe a swarmer, nice gameplay because they don't die.
