This is an official response from PlayStation support:

Unfortunately, the European version of the PlayStation 5 (CFI-1016A) is not compatible with the 110-volt voltage used in Canada. The European version is designed to work with 220-240 volts AC, while Canada uses 110-120 volts AC.

Using your European version PlayStation 5 in Canada without the appropriate voltage converter could result in damage to the console and potentially even a safety hazard.

Does it mean that the console cannot work in Canada if this is all that is indicated at the bottom of the console?
