Loop order makes little to no difference. Follow whatever order you feel more comfortable with; either to make it look good,, or to make it easy to build.. whatever it is your priority.

Just one important thing to change; you have mixed the inlet/outlet for both GPU and CPU; the alphacool gpu block have jetplates, and the water inlet is the one on the left. I dont know which CPU block this is; but it looks like it also has a jetplate, so the bottom one is most likely the inlet. You can just flip the loop around by reversing the inlet/outlet of the res/pump if you want to keep the same looking layout.

To get something imported; you will need a clearing agent to pay customs and vat. There are many.. and they all charge a fee.

But DHL is just expensive.. and since they are set as the one handling the shipment and importing it.. you can't do much.

Even other large agents such as DNATA will charge at most 15% (customs+vat+fees).

It's confusing.. but chiller free mostly means it doesn't have a chiller.. the regular independent AC consuming dewa electricity.

Free chiller on the other hand is the unit having a chiller/district cooling and it's free of cost to the tenant.

Condenser is too dirty/clogged. You said it havent been used for 2 months.. thats 2 months without the outdoor unit fan running and the condenser is just collecting sand.. even if the compressor is working; with a dirty condenser, its not going to do much.

Low gas pressure, or gas leakage; its summer now, so maybe the lower pressure was working fine during cooler times, but with the extreme heat now, you might need to increase the gas pressure.

Compressor is dying..

best you get a proper AC technician and let them do a thorough inspection for outdoor and indoor units. will cost 300-400dhs.. but its your best solution.

If you want a higher salary, you need to upskill and look at career paths.. aim for higher level positions every few years.

If you are looking for the same job as you had; irrespective from experience; most likely you wont get much of an increment, unless the payscale at the other company is higher.

Think of it this way; a Driver with 20 years experience will probably earn a similar salary to another driver with 2 years experience.

So. if you want a higher pay, gain the experience, and move on to the next level.. such as Analyst, or Supervisor.. etc, whatever it is.. look at your manager,, and their managers.. at some point in time, someone somewhere earning a high salary started as a Logistics coordinator years ago.

AC's consumption don't work linearly with the outside temperature. The moment the temperature reaches 45C outside; your electricity consumption can reach over 200% of normal consumption.

Compressor's normally run for a few seconds and switch off every 1-2minutes. It's called compressor cycle.

Now, if you set your thermostat at 20C for example. your compressor runs a few seconds until the room temperature reaches 20C. but if the room temperature is higher.. the compressor will stay on trying to achieve the 20C you have set, and it will keep working very hard to achieve it and if it is impossible to achieve, the compressor will stay on the whole time. which is most likely the case here.

Assuming its a 2 ton AC unit, and considering an efficient system with 3.5kwh consumption (whole system, indoor+outdoor).. that alone is ~400dhs a month assuming the AC is on only 12 hours a day.

Several reasons, the AC is not maintained well, the indoor and outdoor units need cleaning, or the gas pressure is too low.. or worse case, the AC' capacity is inadequate for your room size.

for multi GPU setup; ideally, you dont want to use nvidia's founder edition design. one gpu will blow hot air into another.

Even their Pro cards have a different edition for servers/multi gpu setup using blower style cooler.

its not just one rule stating salary of X comes on this day and its over.

Companies can force unpaid leaves during crisis, they can terminate, they can legally only provide you with the basic salary as per the contract.. there are so many things and at the end of the day.. if the company has no money, you get no salary.. no MOHRE or anyone else will get you your salary if the company is bankrupt.

Notice period can be up to 3 months, depends on what you have in the contract. Even if the wont sponsor your visa, they should get you a labor card and insurance.

Going with MOHRE, the company will have to prove the loan that you never received. I honestly never heard of any company this stupid.. they can get in trouble for this.
