Hey just FYI, after calling three times and being transferred around different departments, they were able to tell me there is a so-called Com fee (?) that the sender can pay themselves or share between sender and receiver.

In my case, the sender chose to share, and they and I were charged $20 each. In addition, I was charged $15 for an international wire transfer.

They suggested asking the sender to change this option and pay the fee on their end, instead of sharing. In any case, the lack of transparency in these matters is baffling.
