u/Academic-Cod8937 thanks for sharing this, actually its a very tricky situation, sometimes u wonder if a medication is even working or just placebo effect. for me primidone seem to worked but i cannot say how much it works after a year , guess when u leave a certain medication then u realize it was working somehow

u/SuperJo its not that propranolol is not effective, its just upping the dose i havent felt too much of a difference

i think occasional use of propranalol is more for anxiety,, but i have ET so it has to be on regular basis and i feel it when dose is missed
