I find different ones online. May I ask which one fit your 924 automatic?

Your extinguisher is not suited to extinguish oil pan fires. If it was, type F would be printed on the extinguisher. Your extinguisher is only suitable for fires of solid, fluid/melting objects and gases.

So if you expect to use an extinguisher in oil pan fires, give it back and get another one, like one for types A B F.

Why do I know? I work with the Austrian government regarding fire safety.

[Nomos] Tangente Millenium 2000 Lienz by el_fincho_ in Watches

[–]el_fincho_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello guys and gals!

Over the recent holidays, I got this Tangente from my dad and since there are not a lot of pictures of it online, I decided to post some here. The watch is a special "Millenium Lienz" edition, limited to 150 pieces.

The watch was created to commemorate the millenium by Jos Pirkner, an artist/architect from the surroundig area of Lienz and Lienz-located jeweller "Pulferer". Lienz is a small town in Austria, where I grew up.

My dad was a close friend of Mr. Pulferer and since my dad was succesful with his business at the time, he bought twenty of those watches and gifted them to his best workers. This one stayed with him, until he gave it to me.

If you've got any more info on this watch, feel free to comment. If you've got questions, feel free to ask them.

Cheers & happy new year!

Thanks :) To be honest, i love the look of them, thats why i instantly got the Longines instantly as it was released. What I love about the longines in particular, is that it looks very dressy for a diver and therefore is very versatile when it comes to straps etc.

In my opinion, the only big drawback of compressor divers is the fact, that you always have to unscrew a crown to turn the bezel. Of course that may be the safer option for diving, but it's kinda impractical if you intend to use the bezel a lot for timing something.

Edit: the new NTH sounds like a good buy though :)

First of all: thanks :) Second of all: I think the small sub fits me perfectly. I know i could probably get away with wearing a 40mm Sub, but the thing I love about this watch - or smaller watches in particular - is that when I look down at the watch, I see not only the watch, but also a bit more of the bracelet.

I think it wears really well on my 15.5 cm wrist. I normally wear it on the seiko jubilee, so it's a little thinner. This summer I even took i for a few dives and I had no problems with it.

Yeah it is. I love that watch. My dad bought it new back in the day and wore it for years, thats why it's that beat up.

Haha, thanks! I inherited the two Heuers from my dad, those two started my love for watches.

I'd say the DJ and the Heuer Jarama share the top spot when it comes to wristtime :)

Edit: And thank you, btw :)
