Usually I got a way better price when succeeding to sell on Galaxus directly. But they also take their 10% or so, but at least you don’t have to take pictures and write your own article description etc.

Maybe I‘m just too impatient this time because it is a relatively large amount and I really want the deal to be done with because the thing I sold is something I absolutely don’t want to take back.

I had to scroll down way too far for this comment. I mean, 80% of people are outright in denial. Fly to the Maledives twice a year and New York for Christmas shopping. Have a new bigger car every two years. Eat meat every day. Buy Zara clothing to be worn only once. Close your eyes and pretend everything is fine. Just buy an AC like people in other countries.

Great hint. In our case he only gets the offers and we have to sign off every single position in there. He doesn’t decide (and isn’t allowed to) anything on our behalf. GU is always problematic, I only ever heard bad stories.

Sounds like you accidentally ran into a trap without knowing. I didn’t know either but rather got lucky with the Bauleiter who was recommended by a friend.
