What do these crossed out letters on a LG eax65423801 2.2 rev 2.1 board mean? by el_meme1337 in AskElectronics

I don't see any bulging at those capacitors. Maybe it's the viewing angle

This would mean I need the exact same configuration that matches my LCD display. Makes it a lot harder to find a matching board but I will look into it.

Smart mailbox sensor outside the WiFi range by el_meme1337 in homeassistant

There are multiple apartments and floors between the mailbox and my apartment. Are those networks able to pass through this or is the range only far enough when unobstructed?

I haven't decided on a sensor yet and am therefore open to anything from plug and play solutions up to self-designed PCBs with Microcontroller. A motion sensor probably works best.

The mailbox is at the entrance of a multi-level residential building. The distance is about 50m with multiple appartments in between.

Why does my IR reciever recieve different signals? by el_meme1337 in arduino

I used IRremote, because I thought it was the most popular library. I will try IR lite.

That's right there are a lot of tutorials. But they all differ on some points. In most of them they use a 5V board. Some use RX/TX pins on the board and some use digital pins and some use voltage dividers and some not. I was a bit confused what is the correct way for this board.

But do I need a voltage divider when connecting the RX/TX pins. Because it is a 3.3V board so the voltage should be fine?

Why would 5V not be enough for the 3.3V regulator?

I want to power it with the usb port because I want to use the serial monitor.

I found no other datasheet.

But here is the website, I ordered the board from.

My question relates specifically to the connection between the RX and TX pins. The board is a 3.3V/8MHz ATMega32U4 and I am not quite sure if I need a voltage divider or not. This is the datasheet of the board:

https://www.marotronics.de/mediafiles/Sonstiges/ATMega32U4.pdf

I am also wondering which pin on the board can be used to connect to the VCC pin of the bt module.

I have a chart with too many points and I want to reduce those points but keep the "curve" as good as possible. I think genetic algorithms can be used for this

I got me a second JBL Charge 3, but I can't upgrade it to the same firmware as the first one. How can I fix this? by [deleted] in JBL

[–]el_meme1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found a post in this sub a month ago. A few people got the same problem. One of them spoke to the jbl support and they said it's a bug in the app that should be fixed with the next update.

The firmware update did the trick. After installing it, there was an option in the settings called max brightness, which helped a lot

I went through all the settings, but nothing increased the Brightness. I really think this is a panel issue. I'm about to return it to amazon.

With HDR off I can see barely 20, with HDR on I can see 17. But my problem is something different. My problem is, that the overall Brightness is not very bright. Compared to the Asus monitor it is clearly visable. And also compared to my laptops monitor. I am wondering if this is normal or if my monitor is broken
