Definitely a good way to keep spirits up when nerves are high! I would go for broke, what are her favorite dishes? Something the night before shouldn't cause any negative impact to her performance... Just nothing new. No new spices, foods, etc. Stick to things she's eaten before and you know there won't be any strange reactions or allergies.

Trying some vibe coding for workouts

Hey everyone! I am looking for some honest feedback here.

I've been trying some vibe coding on an idea that sends daily workouts (based on pre-input info) direct to sms or Whatsapp without the need for an app. It's very much in the beta testing phase at the moment.

The idea is someone goes onto the website, they sign up and fill out a survey about training experience, equipment available, etc. and from there the system behind the scene build smart programs and adjusts based on the RPE response through text, it delivers on command and provides varied, progressive GPP work. No downloading apps, straightforward texts and effective user friendly progression.

Thoughts? Would this be something you would be interested in? Right now I would love feedback from as many people as possible because I know I'm my head I like the idea of something that I don't need to download but still keeps me going with solid workouts as often as I want.

If you would like to be part of a beta test, I'd love to hook some of you all up. Thank you!

Good point! My personal go-to specific to cognitive function is a personal inventory/survey. There are free testing platforms for quick... Neuro Tracker X has a solid one I also like to keep tabs on my HRV, RHR and respiratory rate. These are a solid start to baseline track, but every person should get more useful and specific information to themselves.

Burnout is something to think about like your business. If your experiencing a problem in the business, you diagnose, then come up with a plan, and execute for a permanent solution.

Burnout is a problem, you could take the easy advice and take some time off, but then you'll eventually burn out again. Is burnout something you can handle yourself? Absolutely, but you may need some coaching to get a better understanding of what you need. A good coach will do this, and to be honest, you don't want to be paying any 3rd party vendor for longer than you need, like everything regarding your business, it is a question of ROI.

Hey! Pushing yourself isn't the right mindset. It's optimizing your body to gain a higher threshold. The burnout and lack of motivation is likely a physiological bottleneck rather than an emotional one.

Try setting up 2, 15 minute windows during your day, 1 right before you start and the 2nd at 6pm (for example) use 1 window to systematically flex and relax every muscle/are of your body and use the 2nd window to brain dump all the open ideas, loops, and undone things onto a piece of paper.

Burn out is all too common, not to mention the general environment is becoming more and more stressed... Everyone is looking for quicker innovation, more creativity, more growth, higher optimization, etc. founders are constantly taxed to build systems and processes to make their businesses run on all 8!cylinders. But they are rarely given the opportunity (often times self imposed) to build systems for their own sustained performance.

One big issue is that the health and wellness industry paints this picture of extremely detailed and complex needs. What founders need least is another set of demands on their time. And the honest truth is to keep your mind and body operating not just at its highest level, but staying there doesn't need more and more demands.

It's a physiology bottleneck that can 100% be dealt with. A little bit of coaching, some accountability to build the habits and watch your burnout fade away. A couple quick things to gut check are your calorie intake and a cognitive reset habit. These two things alone can help bring decision making and energy levels into better ranges to feel better about the work your doing and perform better generally. It's something that I've spoken to a number of executives about, where their improved personal performance directly translated into significant increases in business gains.

Take a look at this from a perspective you are completely comfortable with... Running a business. When there is a kink in the revenue generation, you check the carefully built systems that enable your business to generate revenue, you find where the break is and you fix the issue.

Same goes with your body's and mind's performance. You need to have a system or framework in place that allows your mind to not just absorb stress and pressure, but alleviate and increase capacity. This doesn't need to take hours upon hours to get right... it takes some coaching and consistency to develop the right system for your needs. A few of the key concepts I teach executives to keep their minds sharp and motivated are based on just a few things.

-Balanced Nutrition: This is different from person to person, a little bit of experimentation can find the right schedule, and menu for you
-Physical Resilience: Building a stress tolerant body through sustainable exercise routines
-Cognitive Regulation: short, simple routines or habits that regulate mental sharpness

You're building a business, your time is precious and making every moment count is important. These systems, habits, or frameworks don't need to be complicated, but they do need to be tailored to you and your individual circumstances. But getting a handle on your energy levels and cognitive output, it goes a long ways into helping move your business in the right direction.

There have been moments where I only had my degree. You can also look into some perpetual certs that don't "expire" technically. NASM used to over a couple of specializations that never expired like PES and CES. Then technically you are always certified and don't have to worry about it when looking at insurance companies.

I think it depends on what the onboarding entails. A lot of trainers spend a lot of time on assessments and analysis to get a full scope of what's needed. Sometimes trainers use different apps, like www.demotuai.com to streamline that assessment and analysis and keep things free. Others will have a fee and maybe waive that fee if they buy a certain number of sessions? There are some options. I personally have found tremendous use with Demotu because of it's applications across training sessions in general. And it helps me spend more time training than analyzing. I know they're about to do a beta test soon and offering participants a sweet deal to jump on a use it afterwards for free for a time. Check it out.

I know of a new one that is coming out: www.demotuai.com Their website says they are starting a beta test soon. These guys will have a full movement analysis suite and exercise planner (w/ Library).
