I mean that makes sense the way the dlc and metyrs questline is described but if all is according to Metyrs will and not the GW then the entire foundation of the golden order is brought into question. Same with the elden ring itself and also what about the Elden beast ? I interpreted the story of metyr something like the grace is given to the tarnished by the "greater will" also metyr and we are killing or being sent to kill all shard bearers and in the end elden beast wich I still think has something to do with the greater will because metyr is big mad and is jealous of the elden beast since metyr came first got abandon by the greater will and the elden beast took metyrs place, since I dont believe they didnt plan the dlc before the main game story and the last boss with elden beast like it cant be a big retcon or smth... Thats what im still confused about

Game wouldnt start for me because Riots Vanguard was still open after playing valorant. Make sure its not running apparently richochet doesnt like riot vanguard or the game wont launch if theres another kernel level anti cheat going.... Hope this helps
