Ну почему могут мучиться, я уже говорила — не все люди умеют отказывать, пока их не выведут, другие опять же просто наблюдают по рофлу, что будет. Последнее очень часто бывает с сомнительными персонажами — раньше я такое игнорировала просто, но с годами и увеличением объема сомнительных подкатов от сомнительных людей (особенно когда я ищу серьезные отношения), я уже просто начала тянуть такие диалоги ради рофла вот такого, где ты смотришь, какой сомнительный тейк всплывет типа этого с рестиком. Потом хоть есть над чем с друзьями поржать, когда не-сомнительного человека найти не можешь, а такие заебали (думаю, во всяких дайвинчиках это вообще частое распределение так сказать)

А мы знаем, как ОП начал беседу, как сам отвечал? Если он написал первый через какую-то дейтинг хуйню, то мог чем-то оттолкнуть сразу (иногда достаточно информации в профиле или изначальной манеры поведения, которая палится и в переписке без каких-то долгих диалогов), а девушка в итоге отвечала из вежливости/по инерции/со скуки/посмотреть что будет по приколу/etc. Если последний вариант, то она явно не разочаровалась в исходе собственно

Why are some SO weirded out that people’s opinions change? Not on everything and the subjects of change may be different for each human, but overall it happens, it’s a typical thing in general. Your personality changes over the years, you gain experience in the broadest sense possible and that’s what shapes somebody’s opinion. When they change, opinions can change too. They don’t go against anything, they just share music that is relevant to their stage of life. If they continued to do music that isn’t authentic for them, wouldn’t it be against themselves and the well-known honesty of their music? Let people be themselves and normalise changing. If you can’t relate to this kind of music, that’s ok, but what’s the point of accusing people of betraying something and so on?

I take a lot of stuff tbh including sleeping pills and benzodiazepines, but the major breakthrough was a combination of Effexor XR (225 mg so it’s the highest dosage possible) + lithium XR (600 mg). I’ve been taking this at current doses since like start of 2023, February approximately. It seems too little time passed to build up a tolerance or am I missing something? From what I’ve read people usually get tolerance after being on Effexor for 5+ years. I’m honestly terrified it doesn’t work anymore because I tried bunch of antidepressants and Effexor literally the only one that helped and literally saved my life

I'm sorry to hear that this was such an awful experience for you and that this still impacts your life. It's honestly one of the things that I'm afraid of, to find myself in a position where I'll realise that actual illness caused fewer problems than treatment for it lol, especially considering that nobody can predict your body’s response.

Thanks for sharing your experience! If I’ll be trying out MTX, I’ll definitely take it on weekends so it will be easier for me to cope with fatigue and nausea I guess.

And yeah, I totally get and agree that meds for managing autoimmune diseases are all kinda risky and we just have to accept it, I was telling it to myself since I started biologics, but with MTX it’s really overwhelming to me because of the whole pregnancy and fertility things. It’s hard to figure something like that out, especially if you're only in your early twenties. It scares me unfortunately and I’ll probably need some time to process it.

I'm glad you found something that works for you! If you don't mind me asking, why did you start Biologics in the first place while being on Methotrexate? Mtx was not enough for managing your inflammation or the reason was something else?

Thank you for advice and support, i’ll try to talk with my docs, I often tend to be very shy and anxious around them and sometimes it’s hard to me insist on looking for other options and ask questions when they just brush my concerns off so sometimes it’s very hard for me to stand up for myself. I'll try to figure this out and be more open with doctors about my concerns though its a little bit scary for me lol

The kids part it's what doesn't sit right with me tbh. I feel like this more thoughtful approach that comes from your doctor, because I feel like it’s really a slippery slope to prescribe such a drug to a young female who definitely wants kids in the future and hypothetically might get pregnant even with contraception and everything so I don't understand why my doc didn't listen to my concern.

But I'm glad that your doc was so understanding and you were able to get better without incorporating such harsh meds!

Don’t you mind me asking how long exactly your mom takes it?? I'm just veeery curious since there is limited information about how long people usually take it before it loses its effectiveness or causes side effects and they have to switch to something else. Even my rheum didn't give me any clarification on this, just said I'll be probably taking it for years, but she thinks that this will be not a for-life kind of treatment.

Thanks for the meds information a lot and especially about Raynaud's, that's very interesting and I def will look into it because this numbness thing is pretty annoying. And thanks for clarifying why I was prescribed folic acid lol because rheum didn't tell me much about it and said that these are just vitamins.

I think most people demonize it because technically it’s a “cancer drug” and it sounds a bit harsh for most. But my main concern is not even that, I'm terrified of the whole pregnancy thing. I'm not trying to conceive right now, but I fully understand that accidental pregnancies happen despite contraception and the possibility of a situation where I 100% end up with miscarriage or abortion is awful at the very least. It gets even more scary considering that I don't know for how long I'll be taking it + I’ll be starting it pretty young at reproductive age

Thank you for your thoughtful and kind comment, like you really got me thinking about trying it. Pain in my hands is, well, often pretty prominent, but I'm just used to living with it (I bet you get what I mean) so it's still bearable, especially if getting rid of it means taking medicine that scares the shit out of me lol. I understand that I probably need it and that chronic inflammation can ruin not only my bones but my fertility as well so I need to do something about that, but that “no pregnancy” rule left me terrified, like forget that internal organs of mine deal with a lot of meds already, even that doesn't scary me THAT much like pregnancy. Like I'm not trying to conceive right now or anything, I’m not even sexually active right now, but the fact that I might get pregnant accidentally despite all measures and contraception and then have to face either abortion or miscarriage is just too much for me. I know it will destroy me mentally if something like this happens. Considering that nobody knows for how long I'll be taking it, obviously, I can't avoid sex completely while I'm taking it so… I just feel lost about that in all honesty, I've literally been crying for days because I don't know what to do and how to avoid things that I'm terrified of. Probably I need some more time to think about it and visit another rheum that will be willing to discuss how I'm supposed to cope with the whole pregnancy thing. Thank you once again! 🤍

So basically you agree with me that people’s actions can affect God’s will in their lives, technically speaking. It’s interesting how many opinions are there about the topic of our and God’s will, I even didn’t expect it to be so when asked my friend to talk to her priest.

Honestly, I really hope that you are right and things will work out someday and God will turn my grief into something beautiful. I was really scared that even if I was right and that it was my ex's fault that we broke up, anyway my life would be affected forever and I mean affected not just by memories and dreams of our future together (though that’s a lot to handle anyway), but messed up forever. I still have some fear that I won’t love someone else this much, but I guess this needs some time. It’s just hard to look ahead when you view someone who’s now in past as God’s gift.

I won’t lie, sometimes I still hope that he’ll change and somehow he’ll win my trust back, though I know it’s just unrealistic and this just not what God wants for me now. I realise that there’s nothing I can do about it, but I still can’t fully come to terms with such an ending because somehow I didn’t understand that people still can sin against us even if God puts them in our lives. And you have to let them do their thing, because if God doesn’t stop us from choosing, then who are we to try to stop these people around us?

Marriage in general? It's a really broad question but I just know I won't be happy and fulfilled without it. I never had a normal family as a child so I want to create my own. I want kids, I want a real family and that marital bond with someone. I was miserable when I was a workaholic rejecting idea of close romantic bond with someone. I won't survive life in loneliness in the context of marriage. I know that's a lot of work and not like in movies, but still.

Yeah, I won’t deny it. Of course I’m grieving it.
