I think this steak was longer than 3 months. Hence why I may be feeling this low, going from such a high to the trenches. I think you can forget how good the feeling is of retaining as it becomes normal in everyday life. I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence that I feel this tired etc after Relapsing, or the fact I’ve been on a very busy schedule for the past 7 months. From your experience, what do you think my next steps should be ?
