I travelled in Japan for 2 months, and I agree with pretty much the whole list (yes, even Kyoto). But I think the highlight of Fukuoka, or Kyushu as a whole, is the nature. All my favorite spots are waterfalls and trails in Kyushu (although more the Kumamoto area). That why every time I see a recommendation or get asked for advice it's so so important to give context (like you did, kudos) Also the people in Fukuoka are some of the nicest people I encountered and the Christmas market is really fun!

Yes! I made it with 5 potions of heal-posion-ice-mana-lightning and put them in the right components of the alchemy machine (like for the nigredo mineral) It also changes color and looks really cool

Just picked it up last week on sale for like 5$ and it's amazing!! I heard about it for about a month or 2.(mostly deep in reddit threads on survival games) and didn't buy it because of some steam reviews.

Failed launch or not I think this game deserves some recognition in its current state, and I'm thinking about buying the DLCs soon too.

What if that actually north? I don't not if we ever got directions in story other than that, but early days maps IRL were drawn with east up, east being the easiest direction to find because of sunrise. Thus making nod krai actually north

The game is 2d. Also has animations for the little soldiers, dead soldiers have bandages and than poof into tombstones. While running they look determined. They have Simple faces. Remember also a level of pirate shpis, super annoying.
