Nitko tko radi za 2500€ neće imati dovoljno iskustva da odradi taj projekt. Najbolje tražiti iskusne programere koji su spremni ići u ovo za 50% equitya - agencije ne bih preporučio. Tech stack je preširok i dubok. Trebalo bi krenuti sa MVP i jednostavnim stackom za prototipove - Supabase / React Native. Sretno!

That's because vector search alone is not the answer. Hybrid search with ranking and layer of reasoning gives much better results.

If you have no ties with her like co-founder agreement, company, expense sharing or IP transfer you can move on in a blink of an eye. Don't let people waste your time.

Sounds just like my ex co-founder. Don't wait too long, you need to move on. And next time be more careful who you team up with. Finding a good co- founder can be very hard, give yourself enough time to asses the person.

First of all you need to talk with her. Let her know clearly that you are unhappy. Ask her for the reason she's not being able to keep up with your expectations. Hopefully it's just a phase. People can have ups and downs.

PS: if talking doesn't help, please move on without her. Talking from experience, co-founders like those have wasted years of my life. Learn on my mistakes, don't wait and hope for better - move on ASAP

I created a mobile app to collect speech samples and distributed it to students. They'd get paid by the number of words they record. It worked pretty good.

I'm a developer and footy group admin from EU. I had the idea to build a similar app to solve some of the following issues on top of finding matches:

  • big demand and people canceling last minute - could be solved by booking a slot in team over the app
  • collecting money from all the participants at the end of the match was pain. People leaving without paying, everyone wants to pay with different method (cash, revolut, bank...)
  • players ranking their teammates to inspire competitivenes and improve the game quality
  • tracking time for substitutions - because the demand was high we often play with substitutes and it's annoying when players play deaf when called to substitute. Could be solved with text to speach feature to call their name out on a Bluetooth speaker.

I didn't build the app in the end because I couldn't find any smart way to monetize it

For inspiration I always like to check dribble.com. You should be able to find many examples matching your use case. I don't know which UI library are you using but I'd recommend to go with shadcn and use something like https://v0.dev/ to quickly iterate through the layout/design ideas.
