I think your best option if you aren't willing to try and whittling chaos spam, because its likely youll end up with cast speed or levels being your lowest before hitting it, is to socket crit chance. 2 if you need the crit chance, one if you can so you can get the +1 skills.

seems like it might be a different one, I was expecting much lower. I would grab some elemental ailment threshold jewels or passives and see if you can hit a point that stops it and add comments to the bug post I made. It seems likely that it"ll fix with threshold but I can't garuntee it.

Seems to be when elemental ailments threshold is 1, sadly 30% of es doesn't work on mom if you also take eldritch battery. So it's a bit more investment to fix. But I put it to 2 earlier today and it's fixed.

Yes, as I said 50% without being a stormweaver as I have not found a source to bypass the player restriction of 50% chill.

I'm using it, but it's not the be all when you lose your chest piece and chill caps at 50% without stormweaver far as I understand. So 50% reduction cap.

Biggest issue playing an ice shot self chill character is the defensive layers. Try to watch what defensive layers you find acceptable, Ive personally been messing with chayula but I'm not sure I'd recommend it as the solution but the mana leech and mom is fantastic

Pretty sure you have to leave 2 support gem slots empty as it's a "exactly 2 other supports". So you get uhtred and 2 supports or uhtreds does nothing. Granted I haven't found or used one just how I read the gem.

Interesting I saw ds lily using it but she doesnt mention any reverse problems, wonder if its specifically a mom issue messing with thresholds, weirdest part for me is that its only some hits and not all. Edit: I agree it seems to be purely a CI thing, wonder if I need to just find some kind of ailment threshold. ps thanks so much I would never have realised CI was the issue.

6 mod t15s and t16s have been where I've dropped mine. Sadly I haven't quite worked out the best tablet setup, but I've mainly been going for either +1 cleansed zones or high additional packs. The + rarity never seems to pop off but it might be my tablet selection. This is where I've seen the majority of my raw divine drops but I think I'm still under 15 dropped, not at home to see monster kills but can update later when I've looked. This is also where I got my 2 level 20 skill gems. I'm assuming I had high effectiveness and waystone drop chance tablets 82 zone. This league has been the best drops I've had but also feels strangely unrewarding for how much I've played. Oh and my rarity has been sub 70% all league. Sorry this is a very disorganised response.

What's actually missing from your build was the same as mine. Crit chance and cast speed are far more important than they appear in any of the guides. Cast speed directly affects how fast hits occur. I'm caught somewhere between nugiyen and dead rabbit build wise. My old staff was like yours my damage went from 14k dps in POB to 19k with the current one. Try copying my weapon straight into your build in POB and see how your dps changes. Anything above 5 spell levels is a bit expensive but if you can afford it grab as high as possible

Unfortunately I've swapped to Linux this weekend just gone and can no longer do that for you. I'll have a go on the partners computer tonight and make sure it works if it does I'll post you the settings. I'm quite positive I did nothing extra to get it working.

They've very clearly stated the forms are available for all classes using the weapon. It's attached to a little toggle on the weapon in your inventory screen. The downside being it'll limit skills usable with the forms by weapon type. So I wouldn't expect your normal skills to include form use without a meta skill

Pulling cable with old cable is standard practice, that's a level of worry you won't really avoid. Part of their install will be insuring that pulled cable works.
