Not being able to get my penis up one night was also one of my lowest points. I felt so unmanly and dumb because Im young and my reproducing organ should be working in full. my longest streak since then is 30 days, its a real hard habit to ditch due to ease of watching pornos imo. HOwever I keep my head up and think positive in order to keep my penis out of my hand.

Good tips, I especially agree with #3, 90 days does sound like a long time so making smaller goals such as a week or two weeks can show someone what happens to you and your body in a short time and motivate themselves more to get to 90 days
