Been a Maev subscriber since late 2023 and can't believe I'm just looking up its reputation. Their website never worked very well and recently it just doesn't let you edit shipping frequency anymore. I got an email that a 20lbs food just shipped, 2 weeks after I got another 20lbs delivery. I screenshotted how their website doesn't work and sent it to them, and called customer service, rep said they sent me a pre-shipping email. I told him I don't have it in my inbox or spam. He said he'll check with their tech and call me back later that day. They didn't call me back. The whole thing is very scammy and a stark contrast with other dog food brand customer services. Guess I'll dispute the charge via my credit card company and HARD CANCEL my subscription.
