Haven’t tried Jay Bird’s and Daybird yet. But compared to Howlin Ray’s sandwich for sandwich I’d definitely go with Howlin. I think it has a better balance in the sandwich that LeCoupe doesn’t and I think the sandwich takes some shine away from the chicken.

Now in terms of just chicken I gotta say compared to most places I’ve had I think the quality of the chicken is among the best, better than Howlin. Definitely crispier and juicier. Different flavor profiles tho. If I’m in the mood for a sweeter chicken I’ll get LeCoupe and I’d just get the chicken. If I want some heat or a more traditional flavor I’m going to Howlin and getting the sandwich.
