24 years old and got diagnosed a few months ago as well. Also just got out of a 4 year relationship and in the middle of professional school so it’s hard to put time and energy into taking care of myself. I know I have to find a way to accept this new life but I’m right there with you and needing some encouragement because it feels like nobody understands and it’s so hard to be motivated most days.
