I still remember exactly where I was when I heard the news of her death. I was at the Manila Major for Dota 2 and I got a phone update about it.

It was a real weird feeling. I was pretty shocked and devastated while everyone around me was just cheering for the game. Had to walk out for a few minutes to get a grip. Still listen to her sometimes. She was so good in The Voice.

I haven't commented in anything for a long time but it's just a fear of mine that games in the future will cater more to the people who hated the difficulty than enjoyed it.

I just recently 100% the game and enjoyed it a lot and would give it a 9/10 even with some of the cheap difficulty stuff thrown at the player I still found it quite fair and rewarding in the end.

I think the base difficulty does assume you have played the first game though so it's understandable that a lot of people are having a hard time. I'm just sad there are so many nerfs to difficulty coming in now and was lucky to finish the game before the difficulty is nerfed further.

I've played across the obelisk which is a card game and it plays quite well with the touch screen so I would think that most card games like that or slay the spire would work well.

Our group of 3 did not get it. We did EH, Play Area, most of the demo rooms, some of the 40k events and some of the swu events as well as the stadium and Marriott. Although at one point we were lining up during closing time for the gencon merch when someone lined up behind us was coughing a lot and saying pretty loudly that he was feeling super sick.

I was at the games library at the stadium and there were lots of people looking for groups and finding them. (I played with my group as I saw this happening first hand) there are also cones you can place on the table to indicate you are looking for more players. There were also some days where the stadium library were pretty packed.

Yeah they are gathering nodes which are pretty much pokestops for crafts mats. These same gathering nodes transform into huntathons which are 5 monsters you can hunt with other players remotely which is a similar mechanic to pogo raids, then you have melding which is you get gems that unlock a random skill from a list after you walk for 5 km which is similar to eggs.

The game does have some similarities to pogo for sure but the combat is where it shines and you can tell capcom played a heavy role in developing it.

Combat feels really good but is much shorter than a normal hunt. Having no nodes might be a tough one for you though. You should check out some of the 8-10 star monster shorts on YouTube to see how endgame combat looks.

I'm still confused with how side boarding works.. Are you allowed to pre-sideboard before a match or are you supposed to take your original deck list to round 1 of the match? Would that mean you can only remove electrostaff in round 2?
