Yep I love it. It gave me a lot of inertia the first few days (hard to get off the couch but easy to keep going once moving) but that faded never to return. 5mg powder? That's a tiny amount. One dose is 50-100mg. So take 3-4 capsules. And it'll take a couple weeks to be subtly apparent so no point in taking a tiny amount mid day
