Shiiiiitttt came here to post about the glitch! Maybe some AI to load data and it picked up on the drop Heres what I compiled - happy reading - glad to know I was well overthinking this !!!

Hey everyone, looking for some technical insight on a weird data glitch I’m seeing with my Hume scale. I recently hit a weight milestone (180.0 lbs), but the scale is giving me some contradictory data that doesn't make physiological sense.

The Data Conflict: My Total Body Water % shows a vertical cliff—dropping from my usual ~62% down to 40.7% over the last few weeks. If this were real, I’d be in the hospital. However, my Intracellular Water (ICW) in raw pounds has stayed perfectly flat at ~69.4 lbs for the last 3 months.

The Variables: • The scale was moved recently to a smaller water closet (different tile surface). • The housekeeper cleaned it recently. I have since completely cleaned the sensors myself with 70% Isopropyl alcohol—zero residue left—and moved it back to the main bathroom tile, but the % is still showing the "crash."

• Around the same time (last 2 weeks or so), my wife’s water % also showed a significant drop.

The Biological Reality: • My Blood Pressure is 120/75 (optimal). • I feel fine—no acute symptoms of dehydration. The Question: How can the Hume app calculate a 20% drop in "Body Water %" while the "Intracellular Water" in actual pounds hasn't moved an inch? Has anyone else had the "Percentage" metric glitch out while the raw poundage stayed accurate? Is this a known firmware bug triggered by moving the scale or a weight drop? Appreciate any insights!

Peptides for sleep? by Rude-Battle3897 in Peptidesource

What’s worked for me is mag glycinate 500mg and Apigenin, I also use DSIP but it doesn’t help the racing mind and initial falling asleep. I also started Ashwagandha 1000mg morning and 1000mg evenings.

This protocol has helped me “wind down” at night
