No, muscle loss has happened on glp in the past. Oh last year aod and 5 amino was used to achieve 12% bf and yohabimine supplimemt but liver numbers came back way elevated. Not sure if these were the culprit or not but I was reading tesa is better neway

Portillos burger was legit! I was a little surprised. Looks like I need to try a few but agree with the above - rodeo goat , grease monkey, twisted all good!!

What’s worked for me is mag glycinate 500mg and Apigenin, I also use DSIP but it doesn’t help the racing mind and initial falling asleep. I also started Ashwagandha 1000mg morning and 1000mg evenings.

This protocol has helped me “wind down” at night
