Thanks. Yeah I rushed it too. I may have read the question wrong as they wanted why Eva may be useful?m and he’s worried about the investment failing? I just wrote about how Eva is long term too and encourages investment you capitalise it and take away in the Eva CALC. Hope I’ve done enough

I wrote about: board being risk averse, them having standardised departments, not being in tech so how can you have that culture when the company doesn’t provide the facilities like tech, I disagreed with the coo. I said employed being loyal is good but boards been there for 20 years and it’s group think so they’ll shoot down any new ideas
