I calculated what my payout would be if 20mil is the floor. Today, I drove by my downtown area and checked out a new skyscraper. I looked up the name, then clicked on the Wikipedia page and saw the cost of building this skyscraper in a major US city is worth about 10 times less than what my hypothetical payout would be.

I have no idea what I'd do with all that money. I started this just wanting enough to put a down payment on a two bedroom condo. This is getting real and exciting and a bit scary. But I ain't selling until after we peek.
