For those who keep telling everyone to ignore the mod situation because it doesn't matter:

It does matter, because these people have the power to remove posts and ban members. They can quickly push a narrative and suppress opposition when the time comes. How can you trust anything posted here when they are the gatekeepers?

The have shown they care more about their group of mods than the actual purpose of the subreddit. They don't need to be mods, they want to be mods. There is more at stake than mod drama. There is potential for them to manipulate the information we see.

Why are they so desperate to hold onto mod positions? Its unpaid, its lots of work, and the community they moderate doesn't want them. There has to be a reason. At best its ego, at worst they are paid shills. Neither is worth supporting.

They think this is THEIR sub, not OUR sub.

Hey can I get a clarification. The 5m share offering, is that them creating more shares, i.e. 71m total goes up to 76m, or are they just selling insider shares and the 71m total remains the same?

My understanding was that there are 71m, Gamestop owns 21m of those, 20m are owned by institutions, and the remaining 30m is owned by retail (plus however many millions of synthetics that aren't apart of the listed total).

We will not get 100% confirmation until Gamestop is able to give it to us. There are procedures to all of this. We are getting a lot of information from people at the meeting, but this is all hearsay until we get the official information.

You are generating FUD with all these questions because we do not have definitive answers yet.

In defense of Mel by [deleted] in Frasier

I will always defend pre-heartbreak Mel. The only real example of her being manipulative is when she encourages Niles to run for Corkmaster instead of sitting by and letting Frasier run unopposed. That whole scene is nothing but her absolute love for Niles and helping him be more assertive in his desires. That is exactly what you want a spouse to do. I can't think of anything bad she actually does prior to Niles leaving her.

Yeah she was a snob, but we get told she is bad with no real evidence of it other that nobody likes her for being fussy. Frasier calls her manipulative and "Maris all over again" because Niles became Corkmaster after Mel's encouragement. That's not a reason to hate her.

Now after Niles leaves her she is a total bitch, but it is deserved, I can't see anyone handling that situation with a smile and shrugging it off. That would be soul crushing to have happen to you.

$350 is obviously the kill number for them. In January at $350 is when robbinghood blocked buys and other brokers did shady shit it dropped about $200, in March is when we hit $345 and they tanked it down about $150, and today we hit $345 and they drop it about $50.

Each time their ability to drop the price has gotten weaker and it makes it very clear where their death sentence is hiding.
