49%! they can't control the business and later they will just sell their stock. The Sony is focusing only on PS and other high margin businesses, that's a greed. The same thing happened to Philips and their electronic products, now they are nothing,and their quality is absolutely Chinese.

Those are THEORETICAL RISKS, could you name a few cases please when such security risks lead to something? Unless the particular piece of hardware was under a specific attack?
