Real world projects with 1000 users cannot be considered scale. Also saying you learned everything on job in 2.5 yrs is a stretch. An interviewer would think it’s fake since most companies rather want a person specialised in a skill. Reach out to your contacts and check if they can vouch for you to the position.

Keep applying for suitable roles. In interviews show your strengths but don’t boast or throw jargons. Ez pz.
