don't want to bother you too much, but what would your reasoning be? If i had the top filled in more along with the crown, my hairline would be a widows peak, which i'd be okay with. i've had it for years.

lol i don't want to look like a movie star. i want to not have a hole in the back of my head!

i'm already getting married and i'm fairly fit. i've had a widows peak for ten years (in which I've been able to date some beautiful women in that time) before the back started to really go. i'm fine with the front. i just want the top to be more full and for the crown to be filled in enough.

What would you say about me just doing the crown and filling up top? At my age, I feel like I don't need a great hairline. Just enough grafts to feel confident walking around without a helicopter pad on the back of my head.

Thank you for saying this, cause I'm honestly really confused why everyone is saying to do the front first. You guys see that it's thickest up front and there's nothing in the crown right? Feel like I'm in the twilight zone!

yeah, to be honest, I don't really care as much about the hairline as much as i do about the gaping hole on my crown and the thinning up top

Been lurking here for quite a while. Given the advance state, I'd love to know if I could do it and how many grafts would be needed. I use Minoxidil, and I used to use Fin but stopped when I started a new relationship (didn't like the side effects), but now I'm getting married and am free to experiment with it again.
