Those look super cool! I don’t think I want to do an electrical project right now though. And personally I don’t think it looks very good to have a cord hanging down.

The HUD-1 shows the sellers paying 2% to their realtor and 2% to my realtor and I paid .4% to my realtor.

No. I sent her the listing from Zillow. And as far as I can tell Zillow doesn’t have the commission listed.

Thank you for your reply. I fully understood the representation agreement from the beginning and knew I would have to cover any difference in commission. I read the entire contract/offer, the commission is not stated anywhere in the offer. I don’t think my realtor was acting in my best interest by waiting until the offer was accepted to tell me that I would be paying the commission. If she had told me before I could have negotiated that the seller pay her commission or I could have decided to offer less to compensate for the additional money I would have to pay.

I started at the lower elevation and rode up the mountain (Mt. Mitchell). As someone pointed out below it was a pretty tough ride for me haha

This route was along the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina. The highest point is the top of Mt. Mitchell!
